This document is officially referred to as the IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions. It includes the IncomeInfuser Policies and Procedures and also includes or makes reference to other Policies enforced by IncomeInfuser.com.

Standards All Members Must Follow

A Member of IncomeInfuser agrees to always act honestly and fairly in a way that will enhance the reputation of the Member and IncomeInfuser when representing IncomeInfuser.

A Member agrees to avoid using deceptive or illegal practices and making untrue claims regarding IncomeInfuser's Products, services, affiliate income opportunity and administrative officers.

A Member agrees to not make public projections and claims regarding the income potential of any Member, including themselves. Every effort has been made to accurately represent our product(s) and its potential. Any claims made or examples given are believed to be accurate, however, should not be relied on in any way in making a decision whether or not to purchase. Any testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, don't apply to the average purchaser and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

Each individual's success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation--as well as other factors not always known and sometimes out beyond your control. There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here. You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital. By ordering the Income Infuser membership package, you agree to these terms and conditions.

When promoting IncomeInfuser through the Clickbank platform, affiliate agrees to be respectful of all prospective Members and affiliate agrees to respect and follow the TOS set forth by Clickbank.

A Member agrees to be and understands that they are solely responsible for any and all legal and financial obligations that could result from their IncomeInfuser Membership. This includes but is not limited to self-employment taxes, income taxes, sales/use taxes, etc.

A Member understands that the contents of this document may change occasionally at the discretion of IncomeInfuser, and therefore the Member agrees to review it often.

A member understands that if they have questions pertaining to any of the legal documents supporting IncomeInfuser they should contact the Support Team of IncomeInfuser for the most up to date answers to resolve those questions.

Membership Details

A Member of IncomeInfuser is required to understand and abide by the rules, terms, and policies outlined by IncomeInfuser. IncomeInfuser reserves the right to change their rules, terms, policies and web site content at any time as they deem appropriate. IncomeInfuser requires every Member to comply with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws, as well as all statutes and regulations governing Affiliate, Network Marketing and Internet Advertising.

Member Status

An individual may become a Member by agreeing to comply with all IncomeInfuser Policies and Terms and Conditions. The affiliate platform is controlled by an independent third party company called Clickbank. All affiliate tracking and payouts are made by Clickbank, a leader in online digital product sales. Any person may become an affiliate and may promote the IncomeInfuser membership by obtaining their free Clickbank username. Any personal information collected by IncomeInfuser will be retained in accordance with the IncomeInfuser Privacy Policy. An active member is defined as someone who has purchased a membership and keeps their subscription current. If a member cancels, refunds or charges back, access to their membership area will be suspended immediately. Clickbank will honor its own refund policy. Every active member has access to the IncomeInfuser Members Only Web Site.

Member Status Rules

Membership accounts with IncomeInfuser are not franchises, joint ventures, or partnerships with IncomeInfuser, nor does any Member count as an employee, agent, or administrator for IncomeInfuser. Members are strictly prohibited from stating or implying that they hold or maintain any other type of relationship with IncomeInfuser. Members, both active and inactive have no authority to bind the IncomeInfuser to any obligation. A member enters the status of suspended if if any of the TOS have been violated. A Member can become terminated from IncomeInfuser for violations to the Terms and Conditions or any other Policies. A Member whose status becomes Terminated immediately loses all access and rights to IncomeInfuser.

Member Fee Requirements

The product cost will vary based on the product or service ordered. From time to time IncomeInfuser may offer discounts or special promotions. To keep a membership active, members must keep their monthly subscription payments current if they have purchased a recurring membership. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30-days from the initial date of subscription. All payments are made via the Clickbank vendor platform. From time to time promotions are put on where members can join with no monthly fees.

Member Rights

All persons can cancel their account with IncomeInfuser at any time by Contacting Support or by sending an email to cancel [at] incomeinfuser.com. ALL cancel request must include the member receipt number and/or purchase email address for faster processing. All persons have a right to request a full refund of the IncomeInfuser Product Fee if they cancel their account within 60 days of joining. Clickbank will honor its own refund policy. Members must be of legal age, or age of the majority (whichever maintains precedence) in the state, province, or country of their primary residence. IncomeInfuser maintains the right to ask any Member to provide proof of age for any reason.

Multiple Member Accounts

Members may not have more than one active account in IncomeInfuser. Any and all information held by IncomeInfuser in a Member's record can be used at the discretion of IncomeInfuser to determine if a Member has direct ties to more than one account. IncomeInfuser reserves the right to terminate additional accounts held by the same Member and the Member him/herself risks immediate termination for violating the IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions.

Member Identification

Members may be required to provide IncomeInfuser with current and valid billing and mailing address, phone number and e-mail address. This personal information will be used for purposes pertaining to a Members IncomeInfuser account only and will be kept in a secure location by IncomeInfuser.

Member Advertising and Account Rules

No Member has exclusive marketing and sponsorship rights over a specific territory. Members found to be implying such rights risk immediate termination from IncomeInfuser. No Member has been given the authority to supply other Members with exclusive marketing material, methods, leads, etc. Members found to be implying such rights, either online or offline, risk immediate termination from IncomeInfuser.

No Member has the right to promote and collect funds from the sale of IncomeInfuser Memberships from any personal web site. The only web sites where the sale of IncomeInfuser Memberships can occur are on those provided by IncomeInfuser using IncomeInfusers merchant to collect funds from the sale. Members found collecting funds for the sale of IncomeInfuser Memberships risk immediate termination.

Member Legal Compliance and Taxation

It is the Members responsibility to stay informed and comply with all international, federal, state and/or provincial statutes, laws and regulations, and all local ordinances and rules concerning all aspects of their IncomeInfuser business. Members are responsible for their own managerial decisions and expenditures, including taxes. Since no Member is a IncomeInfuser employee, with respect to any law, statute or rule for federal or state tax purposes IncomeInfuser is not responsible for payment or co-payment of any employee benefits and/or taxes.

Members will not be treated as franchisees, joint venturers, partners, employees or agents with respect to the United States Internal Revenue Code, Social Security Act, any federal, state and/or provincial unemployment act(s), or any federal, state, provincial or local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations. All Associate Members are considered to be Independent Contractors, with status dictating a non-employee status in all foreign locations.

Promoting Other Products and Opportunities

Members are restricted from selling or promoting other companies' products, services and/or business opportunities to all IncomeInfuser Members with the exception of those they personally referred to IncomeInfuser, unless a special arrangement has been made with IncomeInfuser that is considered to be in the best interest of all Members.

Confidential Information

All information found in the Members Only Site is considered proprietary and confidential and for access by Members only. Information pertaining to other Members on the IncomeInfuser team must not be shared with non IncomeInfuser Members or any third party.

Restricted Countries

Due to legal and tax considerations IncomeInfuser may be forced to exclude residents of certain countries from becoming an active Member of IncomeInfuser. Any Member found to be recruiting, targeting advertisements to, training residents of, or doing any other activity related to building their IncomeInfuser business in restricted countries risk immediate termination.

IncomeInfuser Web Site Materials and Content

The name IncomeInfuser, all copyrighted material, Intellectual Property, IncomeInfuser logos, and the names of all Company Products and services are the intellectual property of and owned by IncomeInfuser. Only IncomeInfuser is authorized to produce and market Products, materials and literature under these intellectual property rights. Use of the IncomeInfuser name in any manner not approved or authorized by IncomeInfuser is prohibited.

Communications and Advertising

In all written promotional and information content both online and offline pertaining to IncomeInfuser, Members are permitted to use the IncomeInfuser name as long as they have received company approval. Any Member found to be transmitting, displaying, or sharing any form of self constructed marketing material pertaining to IncomeInfuser including online and offline written material, endorsements, conducting live interviews, giving speeches, trade shows, etc. without written consent from IncomeInfuser will risk immediate termination.

Telephone and Fax Solicitation

Members are prohibited from using the IncomeInfuser name or copyrighted materials with automatic calling devices, call centers, and fax broadcasts to solicit new business.

E-mail Solicitations

IncomeInfuser does not condone or tolerate the use of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UBE) or Spam. All e-mails sent out by a Member to promote their IncomeInfuser business must fully comply with IncomeInfuser's strict Spam Policy. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the guilty Member's IncomeInfuser account with all pending commissions forfeited and no further access to the Members Only Site.

Income Claims

No income projections, whether supported mathematically or otherwise, may be made public to other Members or any prospective Members. No IncomeInfuser Member is permitted to display their earned commissions as enticement to a prospective Member. Members cannot guarantee commissions, bonuses, etc. Please see the following links for information on the Purchase Agrement, and the Earning Disclaimer. Payment Options

Prospective Members of IncomeInfuser are required to purchase through Clickbank. All affiliate payments will be made by Clickbank directly to affiliates for referrals to the Income Infuser site.

Price Changes

All IncomeInfuser Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Current prices for all IncomeInfuser Fees can be found on the IncomeInfuser sales letters.

Membership Renewal

All Members who want to maintain an active status with the ability to use the IncomeInfuser Products must comply with the TOS and must keep their monthly membership dues current.

Sales and Commission Eligibility

Commission is paid by Clickbank for sales referred via an official Clickbank hop link. Current commission structures and payout levels can be found on the affiliate page. Clickbank will honor its own affiliate policy.

Membership Agreement

Amendments and Modifications

IncomeInfuser reserves the right to amend any IncomeInfuser governing documents, Policies, Procedures, Terms and Conditions, the IncomeInfuser commission program, company web sites, etc. at any time, as the Company in its sole discretion deems appropriate.

Changes are considered effective and binding on all Members as of the date of them being presented live on the IncomeInfuser web site. Members who continue to participate in any IncomeInfuser program, after such amended policies have been published and/or after being notified by IncomeInfuser or otherwise becoming aware of such amendments, shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to any such amended policies, terms and requirements.

Non-Waiver Provision

No failure, delay or omission of IncomeInfuser to exercise any right, power or provision contained within the IncomeInfuser Policies and Procedures shall constitute a waiver of IncomeInfusers right to demand exact compliance with all terms and provisions contained within the IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions on future defaults by any member.

Indemnity Agreement

In consideration for receiving IncomeInfuser Products and/or for participating in any IncomeInfuser programs, each Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IncomeInfuser, its shareholders, general/limited partners, successors, employees, agents, attorney's, officers and directors in any corporate or other business capacity from and against any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, penalties, obligations, interest, damages and expenses of whatever nature or kind, including without limitation attorneys fees (including both outside and in-house counsel), and all other expenses, related to or arising from participation in any IncomeInfuser program.

This indemnity specifically extends to include without limitation any actions, results, causes of action or allegations in connection with (i) any Associate Member's IncomeInfuser business and its affiliates activities as a IncomeInfuser Associate Member; (ii) any breach of any terms, policies and conditions agreed to by the Associate Member and/or contained in any IncomeInfuser Policies and Procedures, or; (iii) violation of any federal, state, provincial and/or local law, statue, ordinance, rule or regulation.

Entire Agreement

All IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions and Policies, as well as all other IncomeInfuser governing documents, are hereby incorporated into a Member's Membership with IncomeInfuser. These together constitute the entire agreement of IncomeInfuser and any Member regarding their business relationship, and supersedes and cancels all prior and contemporaneous agreements, claims, representations and understandings, oral and/or written, by or of the parties in connection with the subject matter hereof.

Severability

If, under any applicable and binding law or rule of any applicable jurisdiction, any provision of these Terms and Conditions and Policies, or any specific standard or operating procedure which IncomeInfuser has prescribed, is held to be invalid or unenforceable, IncomeInfuser shall have the right to modify the invalid or unenforceable provision, specification, standard or operating procedure or any portion thereof to the extent required to be valid and enforceable. The parties shall be bound by any such modification, and the modification will be effective only in the jurisdiction(s) in which it is required. Notwithstanding any such modification, if any provision of the IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions and Policies, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, nor shall it affect any other standard and operating procedures which IncomeInfuser has prescribed.

IncomeInfuser Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IncomeInfuser shall not be liable for, and all Members release IncomeInfuser from and waive all claims concerning, any loss of profits, any special or consequential damages, or any other losses incurred or suffered by any Associate Member and/or Subscriber as a result of: (a) the breach by the Associate Member and/or Subscriber of the terms and conditions specified in any IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions or Policies and/or (b) the failure by an Associate Member to provide any information or data required by IncomeInfuser to operate its business and/or to conform to applicable laws; and/or (c) any incorrect or falsified information provided, intentionally or not, by any Associate Member, or by any agent or authorized representative of any such Member.

No Agency or Third-Party Beneficiary

IncomeInfuser is not the agent, fiduciary, trustee or other such representative of any Member. Nothing expressed or mentioned in or implied from these Terms and Conditions is intended or shall be construed to give to any person other than the parties hereto any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect to this Agreement. This Agreement and all of the representations, warranties, covenants, conditions and provisions of these IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions are intended to be and are for the sole and exclusive benefit of IncomeInfuser and the agreeing Member.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws

The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, controversy, lawsuit or resolution of any matter relating to or arising under any IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions or Policies shall be the province of Manitoba, Canada. The laws of Manitoba govern this Agreement and all of its terms and conditions, without regard to any conflict of laws and principles.

Arbitration

Except as noted herein, any dispute, controversy and/or claim arising out of or relating to IncomeInfuser, the IncomeInfuser business opportunity, IncomeInfuser Products , and/or any rights and obligations of a Member, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the performance under these Agreements by either IncomeInfuser or any Member and/or a Member's purchase of IncomeInfuser Products shall be submitted exclusively before binding arbitration, with hearings to be held in Manitoba, Canada, or such other location as IncomeInfuser may designate in its sole discretion.

Each party to the arbitration shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses of arbitration, including legal and filing fees. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties and may be reduced to judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitration shall survive any termination or expiration of the Member Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the arbitrator shall have no jurisdiction over disputes relating to the ownership, validity or registration or any mark or other intellectual property, or any confidential or proprietary information belonging to or held by IncomeInfuser, without IncomeInfuser's prior written consent.

IncomeInfuser may seek any applicable remedy in any appropriate forum with respect to disputes and any money owed to IncomeInfuser. In addition to monetary damages, IncomeInfuser may obtain injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction against any individual for any violation(s) of IncomeInfuser Terms and Conditions and violation or misuse of them and all governing documents of IncomeInfuser.
